Income Tax

We know how hard you work, so we’re here to handle all your tax needs. We focus on service that brings you peace of mind with the IRS and the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

1. REFUND’S

When you become our client, we will be on top of your necessities! We will help you check the status of your tax refund. We can verify any unclaimed tax refunds for you, and we will explain what happens if your refund is lower than expected.

2. FEDERAL TAX RETURN EXTENSIONS

If you need more time to file your tax return, you may qualify for a six-month extension. You must give us an estimate of your yearly earnings, you would still have to pay your taxes on time to avoid any interest.

While you will get more time to file your return, an extension does not grant you more time to pay your taxes. Remember to avoid any penalties you must pay your taxes on time and to know how much to pay you must give us an estimate of your yearly earnings.

Let us handle your extension if you need more time to file!

3. GET TRANSCRIPTS AND COPIES OF TAX RETURNS

You can get a transcript or a copy of a tax return to prove your income for a loan, housing, or benefits.

Transcripts are print outs of the most important highlights from a tax return. In many cases, you may only need a transcript and not a full copy of your tax return.

Copies of tax returns are exact replicas of your tax return and all the attached forms you submitted. In most cases, you will need a transcript rather than a copy of your tax return. You may need a copy of your tax return for other reasons, like filing an amended tax return.

4. CHECK AND CHANGE YOUR TAX WITHHOLDING

Withholding is the amount of income tax your employer pays on your behalf from your paycheck.

The amount of tax withheld from your pay depends on what you earn each pay period. We can help verify if your tax withholding is correct or to complete a new Form W4 if you need to change the withholding from your regular pay.

5. PAYMENT OF FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES

There are several ways to pay your federal taxes.

The amount you pay will depend on how much income you earn, and the tax rate applied for your specific case as individual or business. The amount you owe can be paid via Direct Pay, Credit Card, or Payment Plan. We can also assist you to make the payments when you need it.

Texas Sales Tax.

When you sell taxable goods or services in Texas, or sell to Texas customers, you must collect state sales or use tax. You will be required to file and remit sales tax either monthly, quarterly, or annually. Texas sales tax returns are always due on the 20th of the month following the reporting period. Late payments are subject to penalties and loss of timely filing and/or pre-payment discounts.

Franchise Tax.

A franchise tax is not a tax on franchises companies, this is a tax paid by businesses for the privilege of doing business in certain states. Franchise taxes are an additional tax from the income taxes and sales taxes a business might pay. The report is due on May 15 of each report year. Penalties and Interest apply for late filing.
